How To Make FRUIT CAKE

INGREDIENTS :

1. Flour - 100gms.
2. Sugar - 100gms.
3. Dalda - 100gms.
4. Cashewnut -30gms.
5. Cherrys - 30gms.
6. Sultanas - 30gms.
7. Egg - 3 
8. Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp.
9. Spice Powder - 1/4 tsp.
10. Black Jack - 1 tsp.(for colouring only).
11. Vennila Essence - Few drops.

METHOD:

1) Cream,sugar and dalda. Add Beaten eggs to the cream and beat again till fluffi. 
2) Add washed sultanas and chopped fruits and nuts, essence, balck jack, spice powder to the mixture.
3) Fold into the cream flour and baking powder gently.
4) Put the mixture in baking cake mould.
5) Bake it till done.
