•       Must have 5 or more years of experience in Independently developing Web Applications with Python & Django framework

•       Must have expertise using PostgreSQL DB (including Replication and Distribution)

•       Mentor other team members on Python development best practices.

MANDATORY SKILLS

•       Thorough knowledge of the  Python, Django, PostgreSQL and programming environment

•       Professional experience with Database Designing, Replication and Distribution

•       Excellent optimization and debugging skills

•       Strong understanding of OO design principles

•       A positive attitude and willingness to drive projects to completion in a fast moving environment

GREAT TO HAVE

•       Quick in learning new problem areas and technology.

•       Ability to express design using UML notation.

•       Good exposure to core design patterns.

•       Good technical writing skill
