Symptoms Of Blood Pressure



Usually symptomless. It may present as: heart failure, stroke, renal failure, myocardial infarct.

Signs Of Blood Pressure





High blood pressure. Look for signs of: left ventricular hypertrophy, coarctation of aorta, polycystic kidneys, renal artery stenosis (bruit over kidneys)

Causes of Blood Pressure 





In 90% the cause is unknown and these may represent the ‘normal’ spread within the population. 10% may be caused by: Kidney disease. Coarctation of the aorta. Drugs (steroids).
