Why do people say Global Warming isn't real? There is Scientific Evidence. We may as well say the sun isn't real.?

                1. The fossil fuel industry spends a lot of money, paying people to deny it. There are lots of people who see those other folks and believe them. 

2. There are some religious organizations that deny global warming. Sometimes saying that God wouldn't let people harm the earth. Sometimes saying that God will fix it. Sometimes saying that mere mortals cannot break that which God has created. 

3. There are some who don't care about what happens in the future, if it will cost them any money. Clearly fixing global warming will not be free. Worse, the longer we wait, the more expensive it will be. But there are some who don't care about the future. The only thing that matters to them is what they have to pay for electricity and gasoline today. These folks will give you lots of other reasons, but behind all of that is their unwillingness to pay more today to correct a problem that won't come until tomorrow.
