CHENNAI: Tamil film actor Jai was caught by police for drunk driving throughout a sign in Mylapore too soon Thursday. The actor, UN agency marked in movies like 'Raja ranee, 'Chennai-28', 'Goa' and 'Thirumanam alias Nikkah', was allowed to travel once he paid the fine. A team of policemen was checking vehicles close to Thiruvalluvar sculpture near Luz Corner in Mylapore once the police personnel intercepted a high-end SUV.
A peace officer walked up to the window and asked the person sitting behind the wheel to require a breathalyser check to check if he was drunk. The check discovered the driving force was drunk and also the peace officer asked him to pay the fine.
